Kelly serves as a Senior Manager for Policing and Public Safety supporting Accenture’s Health and Public Service practice in Canada, as well as contributing to Accenture’s Global Public Safety team. Kelly brings over 26 years of experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and holds a master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. She has a diverse policing background in operational, administrative and leadership positions in the areas of front-line policing, technical investigations, cybercrime, financial crime, threat assessments and intelligence, executive human resourcing, and international policing. Throughout her career with the RCMP, Kelly was committed to achieving meaningful outcomes through strategic partnerships with organizational leaders and public and private sector allies. She is also on the Women in Defence and Security (WiDS) Executive Committee as VP of Industry Relations.
