Erika Coghill is the Director of Marketing & Communications at ADGA Group, where she leads strategic communications, branding, and digital engagement across Canada’s defence and security sectors. With nearly two decades of experience in industry, she’s known for her strategic thinking, creativity, and talent for connecting people and ideas.
Beyond her corporate role, Erika serves as Vice President, Community Relations on the Women in Defence and Security (WiDS) executive committee, where she leads initiatives that strengthen engagement and amplify the voices of women across the national security community.
